The Association of Independent Inventory Clerks was established 12 years ago to promote good practice and quality training to inventory providers nationwide. Our training courses are now recognised throughout the industry.
The AIIC currently have a membership of 500 clerks all of whom are fully insured and operate to the highest standards. All members must abide by our code of practice. The organisation is non profit making and run by experienced inventory professionals to ensure that any clerk carrying the AIIC qualification and logo can be depended upon to provide the best service to their clients.
AIIC members will have a full working knowledge of Fair Wear & Tear and can advise their clients accordingly to avoid costly end of tenancy disputes. A fully detailed inventory is vital to protect any rental property. Check the AIIC website for your nearest clerk.
